One of the happiest times of the summer is the Anniversary Sale at Nordstrom. Mark your calendars, the sale begins July 17th and runs through August 6th!
This past Monday the preview for the sale began. Here I have rounded up some things that are currently on my wish list.
These pants and shoes are an excellent neutral to use as the building blocks to start a wardrobe collection. Here I have paired them with three different tops that you can easily wear to work, out for a coffee date or a Sunday matinee.
This mixed media black dress is a great option to either dress up or down and can take you from summer right into fall. Adding some delicate accessories and pointy toe heels, it can be dressed up for dinner at your favorite restaurant. I’ve included the short-sleeved sweater that you can throw on over it for those cooler nights or pair with flats for a casual fall look.
I think this is one of my favorite outfits from the sale. I’m loving the wide leg pants paired with the sweatshirt and those heels. With some fun accessories this will be great for a more casual date without feeling too dressed down.
Here is an edgy monochromatic look that would be perfect for drinks and/or catching a local band on the weekend. The denim biker jacket will be more lightweight to its faux leather counterparts making it an excellent choice for cooler summer nights or early fall days.
How great is this vest and matching pants. It has all the makings of a suit without the stuffiness that a blazer would bring. It’s an impeccable summer work to dinner outfit. Of course, if your work environment is more conservative you can always throw on a lightweight cardigan. The best part is that you can mix these pieces with others already in your closet for endless outfit options.
